Really appreciate how this roundup makes academic crime research accessible to practitioners and journalists. The Oleart and Schmitt study on partisan media frames is pretty revealing tbh, especially how editorial decisions can undercut broader movements. I've noticed similar patterns when tracking coverage data for diferent types of incidents where the political valence seems to dictate tone more than victim solidarity. Curated research digests like this are invaluable for staying current without drowning in journal alerts.
